A proper bowling story

Last week we went to visit John. It is pretty cool having him so close. Wyatt loves it! We got to see his apartment. The boys got a lot of special attention from their Uncle.

Then we wanted to go bowling.

John was a big help teaching Wyatt some techniques and just hanging around being a good Uncle. We are excited to have you so close!

Bird House

Brandon likes to build things and do house projects a lot, and Wyatt is usually not needed in helping with said household projects. Not wanting Wy to feel left out Brandon found a project that they could do together.

A bird house! Wyatt was very excited to help daddy with the tools! It turned out great, and even got a coat of paint, red and black. Now I just need to get birdseed. (but I secretly don't want the birds chirping at 4 o'clock in the morning outside my bedroom window where Wyatt decided to hang it!)

Oh give thanks

Believe it or not, sometimes I get a little bored with these two in the house.

So we all took a trip to the tulip festival

It was perdy!

Lately

This Morning Wyatt came to me with an interesting request:

Mommy! Put these two shoes on me! It will be so funny Mommy!

So I let him. How could I say no?

This last week Scratchy came to drop Uncle John off for the Summer.

Everyone loves when the Scratchy comes!

Whats Ryan been up to? Oh, Nothing....just crawling! Videos coming soon (hopefully)

He started the day before he turned 8 months. My baby!

Rollie Pollies

It was so nice last week! Wyatt and I went outside to check out our Tulips that we had planted in Fall.

We also went to check on our Tomato plants (can you tell the one on his left is already dead?) Don't tell him though, he has been so excited to water them!

We looked at the popcorn popping on the apricot trees (he literally says that every time he sees these trees)

And OH, What's that he's found......Rollie Pollies!

There were a lot of them out

Look Mom! Another one!

Pretty soon it got too much to hold him his hands, so he of course put them in his shirt pocket...A lot of them!

and about two minutes later they tried to escape!

Don't worry, he rolled them back up and pushed them back down inside.

Until they came back out again and he decided it would be much better to just throw them in the street.

Hey, it took up about an hour of the morning! We both were happy.

Bowling: A cell phone story

I signed Wyatt up for the kids Bowl free summer. It lets kids (I think up to age 18!) bowl up to two free games, every day, all summer at participating alleys. He really liked bowling a year ago at Kade's Birthday party so I thought this would be great...And it was! (minus the photos, those are not so great!)
