What is WRONG with me?!?!?

I ruined his hair! WHY?

1st day of swim lessons!

he is doing good! learning how to kick and be comfortable with his head under water.

I give Wyatt alone time everyday. it helps us both stay sane! He is usually really good and plays with his toys. He opened the dresser drawers a couple of times and got into the dirty clothes once. today he got into one of the top drawers and grabbed the Vaseline and here are the results



I wish these showed just how shiny he was!

and found a handy spoon to help shovel it into his mouth! Yummy!

Happy camper as I tried to scrub the Vaseline off! We will have to see how his clothes do in the wash. I am sure this is the first of many wonderful new adventures in cleaning!

Happy fourth

Fourth anniversary that is. We have been dating for 7 YEARS! I just wanted to say that Brandon has been an amazing husband. I have grown so much just from knowing him and especially from being in a relationship with him! He is the most amazing man I have ever met and I knew that from the time I was 16! We have definitely had some growing pains (who doesn't) But everyday I think about how hard he works to make us comfortable and happy. This last year reaffirmed how good of a choice I made marrying him. Seeing him step into the "father" role has made me fall in love all over again. Here's to four awesome years and 50 more!

Brandon and I decided that it would be a cool tradition to take Wy at 7-11 for his birthday every year to get him a slurpee.



I was expecting him to LOVE it , but I think it was too cold so he only drank a little, but he did love playing with the straw and cup afterward


I can't believe I have a one year old! It seems like only a couple of months have gone by. He weighs 23 pounds and is about 30 inches long. ( I will confirm that at his Dr. appointment in a few days) he says :ma ma, da da, ca (car) Duh (dog, which just about every animal is a dog) He is an excellent walker. he does "Tarzan", butts heads, gives kisses and high fives. It was really hard for a while...I'm not gonna lie.... and I still have a lot of times that I feel inadequate for this job, but I would never give up being able to see Wyatt grow and learn everyday. I am thankful for Brandon and all his support and Wyatt for making me a better person.

Thank you bowman's for coming all the way up here to be with Us! The most important thing to us is that Wyatt loves and knows his grandparents!



We also got to visit the new temple with the Bowman's which was one of the most special things for Brandon and I!

finishing up the Stewart visit. We went to bridal veil falls, and sundance resort, the BYU creamery and the new temple dedication. I love having my family up and appreciate all the effort and time they put into establishing a relationship with Wyatt. Both of you are the best! Love you!
