Carrots

So I tried making baby food. I was surprised at how (relatively) easy it was and all this would have usually cost $6.00 and I spent $2! Yay for me... I know it doesn't sound like a big deal but I was proud. I have been saving and washing commercial baby food containers for weeks, and I am looking forward to trying sweet potato and squash soon.

my favorite gift this christmas

I tried a new hair do on Wild billy for church, what do ya think. Brandon didn't seem as amused as I did....

He got SO many cute outfits. He is going to be wearing a different outfit ever two hours because I'm excited to see them all on!

Brandon got so many nice and exciting things this Christmas, but Brandon had his parents make this while we were going through the temple with my brother ... I LOVE IT !!!! It really hit me that I'm a mom! WOW!

He only has four fingers because he kept closing his fists in the plaster, I think that is too funny!

Puttin' on a show

Wyatt was 5 Months yesterday, He is 16.6 lbs and is so much FUN!!

Have me commited

We swaddled Wyatt to help him go to sleep. When he started Breaking out of his "straight jacket" we decided it was time to lose it all together. He can't fall asleep because he constantly hits himself in the face and pulls out his binky. We started to put mittens on so he can't gauge his eyes out and pull on is binky..progress....

He has been "talking" or making a lot of sounds lately and his tounge moves really wierd, I was trying to get his curled tounge in this photo.

Emotional eater

Wyatt has started eating solids and he LOVES them. In fact I cannot get the next bite in fast enough. This next video I caught a little late, but you have to see how upset he got that I didn't get his next bite fast enough.

Were home! Brandon was so happy! We had fun!
We have been trying to work with Wy on sitting on his own and had success last night!

Of course shortly after he fell.

Brandon also stood him up like this and he stayed for a long time! I was very impressed. Maybe it's nothing special, but I was a proud mamma!

Grateful

I am so thankful for our families

One year ago I told Brandon that we were pregnant. I am thankful for my little Son!

I am especially thankful for Brandon! He is my strength and brings so many happy and good things to my life. I love him for all the calmness and stability he gives me and that he allows me to stay home to raise our son!
