Happy 4th Birthday Wyatt

I don't know if I believe that I had my first baby four years ago! It seems crazy. Wyatt loves to hear the story of the day he was born and how we told our parents that he was coming. I think that is one of the first posts I did on this blog 4 years ago!
As traditions go, Wyatt's birthday means Slurpees at 7-11!

Wyatt did what he did last year, he wants a combination of every slurpee flavor available (except the soda flavors)

When you ask Ryan to smile this is what you get. Hilarious!

Wyatt was so cute, he wanted to get three straws so me and Daddy could share his slurpee!
Next we headed to the Dino museum where Wyatt said he wanted to go
The have a new exhibit all about listening

Back at home Wyatt got to open presents. He got so many cool things!
Pop Pop and Grandma got to join in the fun too via Facetime

                                                             We love our Grandma!
So this is what happens when I tell Ryan to "show his teeth"
                                                                And this is "smile"
                                                                  Family of four!
My big birthday boy blowing out his candles
I let Wy ride his bike the next morning around the church. We are so lucky to have such a helpful and smart son Love you Wyatt!

Spiderman Birthday

Wyatt Turned 4!
Wyatt said he wanted a Spiderman party. (I was shocked because he really hadn't ever seen Spiderman or mentioned much of Spiderman) It was fun.
He was specific on his requirements: Water must be included.
Spiderman Masks for everyone! And silly string for webs.
A villain must show up for said webbing to be shot at!

Lots of "sometimes foods" (or junk food)

And presents, of course! We really like having this guys in our family!

Beach Boys

Scratchy and Grandma came up and we have been having such a good time!
They got to see the boys swimming lessons. Wyatt is like a fish, Ryan is doing much better.
WE got to drive the golf cart around the gardens. Luckily the weather agreed with us.
On the 4th of July Scratchy took Wyatt to see the Beach Boys. They have been listening to the beach boys for a long time and I am so happy they got to go together. Hopefully Wyatt never forgets it!

Scratchy and Grandma also took Wy to the BYU creamery for a banana split to celebrate his upcoming birthday.

We have been taking them to all our favorite spots!

Amy's visit in May

My mom and dad came up and this time they brought Amy and her girls with them. It was a short trip, but I know how hard it is to go places with little ones. Wyatt and Cali played really really good together.

Rose was great! I enjoyed mushing her little face the whole time! She is a good baby! She also got to meet great Grandma and Granddaddy!

Wyatt is now on summer break, but will be back to miss Kayley's soon. He is doing amazing! I am so happy with his progress!

A neighbor posted a trick to viewing the solar eclipse so we tried it and the pictures turned out great! Wyatt really enjoyed seeing it! I remember looking through a piece of paper in like 2nd grade to see the last lunar eclipse. So fun!
